The pullout couch converts into a nice sleeping area. Pull-down stairs opens access to the upper loft space where there are currently 2 more beds, one queen and one full. Open (with a railing) to the heat below, this space feels a little like a treehouse, but with a much nicer finish! The cabin was constructed in 1994, and a complete full basement was added in 2002, accessible from the outside, but well-protected and secured. The small lawn is easy to care for and adds a nice firepit. Trails travel off from the spot and traverse the entire perimeter of the parcel. 72 acres of explorable land is all yours just outside of the cool village of Delhi, New York, and under 3 hours from the GWB. The house comes with everything you see here AND a vintage 1973 snowmobile! Let the Catskills cast their spell on you in your cabin in the forest.
