Heating and cooling is provided by two mini-split units with additional heating provided by two Vermont Castings propane heat stoves. The downstairs entertainment area includes an original wet bar with a sizable sink and generous cupboards and counter space to serve as a kitchenette for patio dining. This level also features an open family gathering area, half bath as well as a sleeping porch. Two sheds (one on the lake and one on the cove) provide ample storage for gardening tools and water toys. Three parking spaces round-out the package. Come here to relax in or by the water, or hop on your bike and go to the rail trail, just a few blocks away. Ten to fifteen minutes away from shopping, restaurants, farmer's markets and all the activities offered by the villages of Valatie and Kinderhook.
